A funding signal can be calculated and summarised, but lender delivery should only proceed after explicit approval from the relevant client or authorised representative.

What consent covers

  1. That LendingLogic may process the company’s accounting data for funding suitability.
  2. That a lending signal and product match may be generated.
  3. That a referral pack may be shared with the selected lender route.

Audit trail

The workflow is intended to leave a clear record of the consent point: who approved, what was approved, which company it related to, and what lender/product route was selected.
