Regulatory context
LendingLogic is not FCA authorised and is designed for non-regulated commercial lending referrals for limited-company SMEs. Complaints are handled as business-service concerns, not as regulated consumer-credit complaints.
Partner or lender issues
If your concern relates to a lender decision, pricing, credit policy, or lender conduct, we may direct you to the relevant lender or partner process.
Improvement loop
Where appropriate, complaints and concerns will be used to improve consent wording, referral routing, lender-pack clarity, and website content.
Email authenticity
LendingLogic will never ask you to change bank details, make urgent payments, or share sensitive credentials by email alone. If a message looks suspicious, verify it through a separate trusted route before acting.
